I met Hayden through his work on the Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington EMBA programme. I was impressed by Hayden’s take on leadership, and down-to-earth approach that is sadly missing in many leadership programmes. I took the opportunity for some personal coaching with Hayden and continued to be impressed by the insights he was able to provide. In both the day-to-day situations I encounter, and the wider context in which I operate, Hayden’s coaching provided tangible actions I could undertake, as well as ways I can think, to change the trajectory of situations and people.
