Individual coaching and personal development

Our coaching program is designed in three parts: you, your team, and your environment.

In focusing on you we use the Deeper Signals personality tools to identify your core drivers and the way they help you, and hinder you in your day-to-day interactions with people. We will use some tools to develop your confidence as a leader and touch on some leadership theory. Your homework will include some self-reflection on your own behavioral triggers and we will develop your action plan for bringing your particular personality strengths to bear in your leadership style.

In looking at your team, we identify where the rub points are, what motivates you and your team members, and how to bring out the best in each person. Homework will include things like looking at what you really know about your team, your responsibilities as a leader when it comes to developing the people around you, and action plans for challenging team members.

Our coaching approach to your Environment

In considering your environment we look at what your team is trying to achieve, and the context in which they are operating. We look at developing your ability to influence leaders around you, and being able to ‘manage up’. We will widen your ability to look ‘up and out’ in order to use strategic tools with your team and your bosses. Homework will include ‘networking challenges’ in order to foster relationships and to learn new habits when it comes to working with others.
